Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) will now feature them in their bathrooms and above drinking fountains in several schools: Traverse City Central High School, Traverse City West Senior High School and Lars Hockstad Auditorium at Central Grade School (a TC Film Fest venue). Why? TCAPS and Up North Media, Inc. have teamed up to allow businesses and non-profit organizations the opportunity to promote their offerings or events in high traffic areas throughout the school district; in return, 50 percent of all revenue goes directly back to TCAPS.
